Why CRM Automation?

Whether you are a dealership paying for third-party leads, or you are a progressive dealership maximizing Facebook ads and SEO, your prospect (and ultimately, sold client) information is collected in your CRM. Collecting data does not make you money, taking action to use it is what drives business into the showroom and off the driveway in cars from your dealership. (Side note: If you are not collecting data into your CRM, you're losing sales!)

Between high turnover, and lack of technical skills, most dealerships merely collect data. Tasks to send e-mails, texts, or dial phones are manually set up by the reps - and when those tasks are not completed, or the prospect load becomes overwhelming to the representative, those prospects fall off the radar, as do further follow-up opportunities.
